Great news to all fans who have been waiting to see Kang So Ra back in a drama.
Kang So Ra and Super Junior’s Siwon will become lovers for tvN’s upcoming drama titled “Byun Hyuk’s Love” (working title).
The drama talks about the naïve nice chaebol called Byun Hyuk (to be played by Siwon), who’s family runs a large company, he is happy and confident around women. He then starts to live in a poor neighbourhood, hiding his identity.
Baek Joon (to be played by Kang So Ra) is an average girl who works multiple part times jobs to make ends meet. She lives in the same area where Byun Hyuk moved to. Her life changes once she meets Byun Hyuk.
The drama will be directed by the popular director Song Hyun Wook who was the man behind the successful 2016 rom-com “Another Oh Hae Young” and has directed other notable dramas such as “Marriage not dating” and most recently “My Shy Boss”.
The drama is set to air following “Live up to your name” each Saturday-Sunday this upcoming October.
This is the first Siwon’s project following his discharge from the military.
