Its been revealed that LOONA’s HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry have also won their lawsuit against their former agency, Blockberry Creative.

On the 21st of June, the 11th Civil Division of the Seoul Northern District Court (Judge Na) ruled in favor of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit filed by HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry against Blockberry, confirming the non-existence of the 200 million won exclusive contract. The lawsuit was filed in March 2023 and Blockberry initially did not respond, resulting in a delayed judgment. In December 2023, the first trial began, followed by two more trials, and the arguments were concluded.

Early on, these members had already won their lawsuit for an injunction to suspend the effect of the exclusive contract, freeing them from restrictions on their entertainment activities. They also formed a new group called ARTMS along with Ha Seul, who had previously been a member of LOONA.
