Following their recent contract renewal, 2PM members have been appointed as directors of their agency JYP Entertainment.
On the 1st of February, JYP Entertainment said,
“2PM will be in charge of foreign cooperative affairs and will promote JYP, as they’re the highest level of seniority within the company.”
JYP Entertainment has recently renewed contracts with five of the 6PM members, including Jun k (30), Nichkhun (30), Chang Woo Young (29), Junho (28) and Hwang Chan Sung (28).
Ok Tae-yeon (30), who is in the military service, decided to discuss the contract renewal following his military discharge.
2PM, which debuted in 2008, has signed a new contract with JYP in 2015, and has recently signed a contract to continue its relationship of 10 years.
