Earlier today, it has been revealed by the Namyangju Police Station that a B.A.P member is currently being investigated for indecent assault (sexual assault).
TS Entertainment has come back with an official statement to the previous report; they revealed that the member currently being investigated is Himchan.
TS Entertainment released this statement, here is the translation:
“As it has already been reported, a misunderstanding happened when Himchan was with an acquaintance and friends at a place after he was invited by the acquaintance.
The police forwarded the case to the prosecution, but the two sides are currently claiming two different scenarios took place so more investigation is taking place right now.
Himchan will take part in the investigation sincerely and will provide evidence to the facts; we will release a statement once the incident has been settled.
It is still under investigation, so please refrain from speculative reporting. We apologize for the inconvenience we caused to many people.”
