BTS have broken yet another record!

PSY used to be the Kpop artist with the most Billboard Hot 100 charting songs, which is definitely not an easy feat.

BTS have surpassed that and now hold the record of the most Billboard Hot 100 charting songs with five songs.

Recently Billboard announced the new Hot 100 chart songs and BTS’s collaboration with Steve Aoki, “Waste It On Me”, has just entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No.89, this marks their fifth appearance on the biggest American Hot 100 chart.

They were able to make an appearance first back in 2017 with DNA, it peaked at No.67. Then they were able to enter the chart with another Steve Aoki collab – “Mic Drop” ft Desiigner at No. 28 which was also the first time a Kpop group was able to chart so high and it was back then the highest charting song for a Kpop group on the Hot 100.

They were able to break into the top 10 of the Hot 100 with “Fake Love” earlier this year, the song managed to snag No. 10 making it their highest charting song on the Hot 100 as well as the highest charting Kpop group song.

“IDOL” ft Nicki Minaj which was released back in late August was able to peak at NO. 11.

Congrats BTS!
