Jungkook is reported to be the next BTS member to purchase his own apartment!
On January 28, Biz Hankook reported that the maknae of BTS has purchased his own apartment for reportedly 1.95 billion Won (approx. $1.75 million).
The apartment is at the luxurious famous “Trimage” which is also home to many many other idols, it is known for being idols apartments. He is now neighbors to BTS’s J-Hope, Super Junior’s Siwon, Heechul, Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, Girls’ Generation’s Sunny, JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong, Highlight’s Yong Junhyun, Girl’s Day’s Yura, Seo Kang Joon, Park Si Hoo, Jeon Hyebin, Kim Sang Joong, Yeon Woo Jin, Kim Ji Hoon, and Kim Ji Seok.
Similar to his hyungs Jin and Suga he has also reportedly paid for his apartment in full cash without taking out a loan.
“Trimage” is a luxurious apartment complex that was developed near Seoul’s forest; it has some of the most expensive apartments in all of Seoul.
Following the report and the buzz it generated Big Hit Entertainment released an official statement addressing the report.
They told MK Sports,
“We cannot confirm or deny the reports as it’s a matter of our artist personal privacy.”
The agency also reiterated that BTS are still living in the dorm together and added,
“We think its better to not to talk about the members’ future living arrangements as it’s a matter of privacy.”
