UPDATE: everything is now back to normal, here is the link to the update.

The internet is acting weird again!

On January 17, BTS fans noticed something extremely weird and worrisome, BTS’s official channel BANGTANTV has apparently lost or changed its name.

The official YouTube channel for BTS’s content has more than 14.5 million subscribers but fans noticed that the channel no longer has a visible name and the description of the channel has changed.

The description box details something that has nothing to do with BTS, it promotes something called IDOLiSH7 Vibrato.

“Introducing IDOLiSH7 Vibrato! Based on the popular music game, this YouTube original anime series features new stories depicting the lives of the namesake idol group IDOLiSH7, as well as their rivalry with TRIGGER and the journey to becoming superstars in Japan.”

A quick search of ‘IDOLiSH7 Vibrato’ yields the result that is:

“IDOLiSH7 Vibrato is a Japanese rhythm game developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment with music collaboration by Lantis for Android and iOS platforms.”

Basically, IDOLiSH7 Vibrato is a Japanese musical game that’s been around since 2015.

ARMY have noticed this and immediately started tweeting at YouTube and Big Hit Entertainment official account to get their attention to the issue, the fans fear the worst but nothing has been changed yet as far as I know.

Stay tuned for updates!
