Byeon Woo Seok is facing ongoing privacy violations, including having his non-public schedule tracked and his staff’s residences visited, according to his agency.

Byeon Woo Seok’s agency, Baro Entertainment, posted an official notice on its SNS on the 19th regarding the protection of his safety and privacy. According to the agency, some individuals have repeatedly shown up at filming sites, airports, and other locations that were not officially announced, and there have also been confirmed cases of people following the movement routes of both Byeon Woo Seok and his staff.

The agency asked that fans refrain from visiting any schedules or locations outside of those officially announced as open for fan participation, in order to protect Byeon Woo Seok’s safety and privacy and to keep on-site operations, including filming, running smoothly. It also asked that people immediately stop visiting or waiting around the private residences of his manager and staff in an attempt to track his movements, as well as improperly obtaining or sharing his personal information and undisclosed schedule details.

The agency added that if these actions continue to infringe on Byeon Woo Seok’s safety and privacy or disrupt his normal work, it plans to collect related materials and pursue legal action as necessary, and that repeated or serious violations may be met with a response without prior warning.

We value the warm interest and support you continue to send. So that our artist and fans can be together in a safer and healthier environment going forward, we are sharing the notice below, and we ask for your active cooperation after reading it.

Recently, we have continued to confirm cases of people visiting filming sites, airports, and other locations tied to the artist’s schedule and movements that have not been officially announced, as well as cases of people following the movement routes of the artist and the staff in charge.

Accordingly, for the artist’s safety, privacy protection, and smooth on-site operations, we ask that you refrain from visiting any schedules or movement locations outside of those officially announced by our agency as open for fan participation.

In particular, please immediately stop actions that infringe on the artist’s safety and privacy, such as visiting or waiting around the private residences of the manager or staff in an attempt to track the artist’s movements, or improperly obtaining or sharing the artist’s personal information and undisclosed movement information.

If the artist’s safety and privacy are infringed upon due to the above actions, or if damage occurs to his normal work, we plan to collect related materials and take necessary legal action depending on the situation.

Please be aware that repeated or serious violations may be responded to without a separate warning.
