Byun Yo Han Shocks With Reveal About Wedding To Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany, ‘We’ve Already Held A Small Wedding And Went On Honeymoon’
Actor Byun Yo Han shared details about the wedding and honeymoon he had with his wife, Tiffany Young.
On the September 29 broadcast of SBS’s “The Land of Happiness,” Byun Yo Han and Roh Jae Won appeared as guests, heading to Incheon alongside Yoo Jae Suk and Yoo Yeon Seok.
During the episode, Yoo Jae Suk brought up the topic of marriage with Byun Yo Han, who recently registered his marriage with Tiffany Young. Yoo Jae Suk asked, “Why didn’t you invite me to the wedding?” and Byun Yo Han explained that he had a quiet, family-only ceremony.
Byun Yo Han said, “We kept it quiet, just family. You actually texted me saying, ‘Congratulations on the wedding, you have to invite me if you have a ceremony,’ but we ended up keeping it just among family.”
Yoo Jae Suk then brought up how small, family-only weddings have become more common in the entertainment industry recently. He remarked, “Starting with Kim Jong Kook, ‘secret weddings’ have become a trend in the industry,” expressing a bit of disappointment that “more and more celebrities are keeping it to just family.”
Byun Yo Han also opened up about his honeymoon, not just the wedding. He said, “I just got back to Korea yesterday. We went on our honeymoon late, so I only got back to Korea yesterday,” revealing that he had recently returned from his honeymoon trip.
As for the destination, he explained, “We went to Hawaii, and since my wife is from San Francisco, we went there too.” After spending time in Hawaii, the two reportedly also visited Tiffany Young’s hometown of San Francisco as part of their honeymoon.
Asked how satisfied he was with the trip, Byun Yo Han kept it short but sincere, saying, “It was really good.”
He then joked about coming back to Korea for the “The Land of Happiness” filming, saying, “If it weren’t for this show, I wouldn’t have come back,” drawing laughs. Yoo Jae Suk responded, “Thank you,” and the two continued their lighthearted exchange.
Meanwhile, Byun Yo Han and Tiffany Young legally became husband and wife after registering their marriage this past February.
