Highly Anticipated Youth Romance Drama Delays Premiere Date Due To Broadcast Of South Korea President Impeachment Verdict

MBC’s new Friday-Saturday drama “Crushology 101” has postponed its premiere by a week due to a special news broadcast covering President Yoon Suk Yeol’s impeachment verdict.

On April 3, MBC announced, “‘Crushology 101,’ originally scheduled to premiere on April 4, has been rescheduled to air on April 11 due to the special news coverage. We kindly ask for the viewers’ understanding.”

Following the Constitutional Court’s decision to announce the verdict on President Yoon Suk Yeol’s impeachment at 11 AM on April 4, discussions were held regarding delaying the drama’s premiere. However, the drama’s press conference proceeded as planned on April 3.

Set to premiere on April 11 at 9:50 PM KST, “Crushology 101” follows Bunny (played by Noh Jeong Ui), who, after an unforgettable first love that became a black mark in her history, suddenly finds herself entangled with a group of charming men in her quest to find a new boyfriend. The drama is based on the Kakao Webtoon of the same name, which has amassed over 170 million views.
