Disney+ “The Tyrant” Drops Trailer Featuring Cha Seung Won, Kim Seon Ho And More

The new Disney+ series “The Tyrant” (directed by Park Hoon-jung) released its teaser poster and teaser trailer recently beginning the promotional content for the highly anticipated series!

“The Tyrant” is a chase action thriller that tells the story of different people who gather with different purposes to acquire the last sample of the “Tyrant Program” that went missing after a delivery accident.

The released poster instantly captures attention with the intense profile of technician “Ja-kyung” (played by Jo Yoon Soo), who is commissioned to steal the sample of the “Tyrant Program.” With a sharp gaze staring straight ahead and something mysterious emanating from her body, the tagline “The missing last sample, the start of madness” raises curiosity about the extreme chase and the madness that ensues as various people, including “Ja-kyung,” pursue the sample for their own reasons.

The teaser trailer begins on a rainy night with an unexpected delivery accident. The identity of the missing item is revealed to be the last sample of a “superhuman gene drug” known as the “Tyrant Program.” From the cleaner “Im Sang” (Cha Seung Won) who aims to eliminate obstacles related to the “Tyrant Program,” to the architect “Director Choi” (Kim Seon Ho) who has been secretly operating the program, the pursuer “Paul” (Kim Kang Woo) trying to seize the sample, and the technician “Ja-kyung” (Jo Yoon Soo) commissioned to steal it—the four characters start to move as soon as they hear the sample has gone missing.

The teaser trailer hints at a unique character showdown and promises a dazzling array of high-intensity action sequences, amplifying expectations for the return of the “Park Hoon-jung Universe.”
