EXO’s Kyungsoo Won’t Be Able To Attend Kim Woo Bin’s Wedding, He Explains Why In Recent Interview
EXO member and actor Do Kyungsoo expressed his regret about not being able to attend the wedding of his close older brother figure, actor Kim Woobin.
Recently, at a café in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, an interview was held with Do Kyungsoo, the lead actor of the Disney+ series “The Manipulated.” During this interview, Do Kyungsoo expressed his regret about not being able to attend the Kim Woobin–Shin Mina wedding scheduled for the 20th of December. EXO has confirmed attendance at the “2025 Melon Music Awards” (MMA) on the same day, making it impossible for Do Kyungsoo to go to the wedding.
Do Kyungsoo, saying “It’s so regretful,” expressed his disappointment, but also said calmly, “But it’s right that EXO comes first.”
Do Kyungsoo said, “I already knew beforehand (that he was getting married). So I was supposed to sing the congratulatory song at the wedding.” However, due to scheduling, attending the wedding became difficult. Do Kyungsoo said, “The wedding and MMA overlap in time. I even simulated the route to go back and forth, but EXO is on stage at the time the wedding is happening. There’s no way. It’s too regretful,” repeatedly expressing his regret.
He continued, “I feel so sorry to Woobin-hyung. I keep telling him I’m sorry. Hyung is, of course, understanding.”
Do Kyungsoo said that instead of attending the wedding, he is thinking hard about what he should do for his close older brother Kim Woo Bin, who is facing the new turning point of marriage in his life.
