Actress Han Go Eun Reveals Why She Had Surgery After Her Breast Lump Grew From 3.2cm To Over 5cm In Just 9 Months

Actress Han Go Eun has spoken about her situation after having a 5cm lump removed.

On October 15, a video titled “Lump That Grew To 5cm In 9 Months… The Reason Han Go Eun Ended Up Having Surgery” was posted on the YouTube channel “Go Eun Unni Han Go Eun.”

Han Go Eun explained that during her health checkup in January, “A lump about 3.2 was found in my left breast.” She then pointed out, “At the end of August, it grew solidly and went over 5cm.”

She introduced the timing of the surgery, saying, “The Asian Games are happening, so we took about 2 weeks off,” and looked back on her recovery, saying, “I think the recovery period was a bit short.”

Regarding right after her return to work, she added, “You have to run hard again accordingly,” and “I started going to the set while groaning.”

She also shared that on the morning the dogs were going to the hospital, “My husband took the babies to the hospital alone and came back. In the meantime, an incident happened.”

Regarding going to the emergency room, she said, “I had no choice but to go to the emergency room,” and then lamented, “For the first time, I couldn’t go to my in-laws’ for the holiday this year.”

In the emergency room, she said, “When blood pressure drops, a person gets this woozy. Suddenly I missed my husband sitting next to me so much,” and then recalled, “I think I said, ‘Please take good care of our Haru and Shinbi.’”

Regarding her physical condition at the time, she described, “While eating, instead of feeling like something was filling me up, I felt for the first time like I was becoming an empty shell.”
