Famous Korean Actress Finalizes Divorce Lawsuit
Actress Hwang Jung Eum has completed the divorce suit!
Hwang Jung Eum’s agency Y.ONE Entertainment stated recently, “As of May 26, 2025, Hwang Jung Eum’s divorce lawsuit has been amicably concluded with the confirmation of the family court’s mediation decision. With this, the divorce has been officially finalized.”
They continued, “As for the provisional seizure of real estate reported on May 23, it occurred during the process of settling marital property in the course of the divorce lawsuit. Both parties engaged in asset preservation measures against each other, which is something that can typically happen during the divorce process,” and added, “Since the divorce proceedings have now concluded, the provisional seizures will all be lifted. We ask for your deep understanding regarding not being able to provide a detailed explanation as this matter was reported just before the conclusion of the case.”
They also said, “We sincerely apologize for causing concern through various matters during the personal divorce process of the actress, and we will do our utmost to swiftly resolve the remaining trial regarding Hwang Jung Eum’s personal corporation.”
