Beloved Korean Actor Jung Eun Woo Passes Away At 39
Actor Jung Eun Woo (real name Jung Dong Jin) has passed away. He was 39 years old.
According to the Gimpo New Korea Park Funeral Hall, Jung Eun Woo died on this day.
The funeral altar has been set up in Special Room No. 2 at the Gimpo New Korea Hospital Funeral Hall in Gyeonggi Province, and the funeral procession will take place at 12 PM on the 13th of February. The burial site is Byeokje Seunghwa Center.
The cause of death has not been disclosed.
Jung Eun Woo debuted in 2006 through the drama “Round Three” and appeared in various works such as “Hit,” “Smile Again Donghae,” “Bride of the Sun,” “A Well Raised Daughter,” “My Heart Twinkle Twinkle,” “The Return of Hwang Geum Bok,” and “My Only One,” building recognition through his roles. In particular, he received great love for his role as Wang Yi Ryuk in the KBS2 weekend drama “My Only One.”
He also continued activities on the big screen. He appeared in films such as “Bad Couple,” “The Chain Wife,” “Miss Change,” and “Memory: Manipulated Murder,” with “Memory: Manipulated Murder,” released in 2021, effectively remaining as his final film work.
