Famous Singer And Actor’s Controversial Ex-Girlfriend Makes Her Debut As A Celebrity On TikTok And Gives An Update On Their Son
Singer and actor Kim Hyun Joong‘s ex-girlfriend has made her debut as a celebrity, becoming a TikToker named SeeU, and shared an update on her son.
On October 22, SeeU said during a TikTok livestream, “I was getting so many messages today that I couldn’t even eat,” revealing that a lot of attention is being focused on her.
She continued, “I’m extremely busy in the mornings. There’s someone I have to take care of,” explaining that she spends her mornings busy getting her son ready for school.
When a viewer asked how her son is doing, she answered, “He’s growing up so well. He’s good at studying and he’s handsome,” adding, “He’s even the class president at school. I’m raising him very capably.”
However, when the same question kept coming, she paused to think for a moment and corrected herself, saying, “He’s not the class president. Every time, he’s the president or vice president. He’s growing up very capably.”
She then joked, “He’s really smart at studying, he’s handsome, and he’s popular. If you ask me like this, I can’t help but brag.”
It was also revealed that day that SeeU is hosting her TikTok livestreams as part of the TikTok agency Lightning Central, which drew attention. She reportedly plans to show a variety of content beyond TikTok, including beauty, health, and entertainment.
SeeU dated Kim Hyun Joong for about three years starting in 2012. During the relationship, assault allegations and claims related to pregnancy and miscarriage emerged, leading to a legal battle between the two sides. In September 2015, while the lawsuit was ongoing, she gave birth to Kim Hyun Joong’s child born out of wedlock.
Afterward, a civil court ruled that some of SeeU’s claims related to her pregnancy and miscarriage were false, and ordered her to pay Kim Hyun Joong 100 million won (approximately $70,000) in damages. In 2020, the Supreme Court also upheld the lower court’s ruling recognizing her liability for damages.
At the time, Kim Hyun Joong said, “It took a very long time to even be found not guilty, and as long as it took, I gained nothing and lost nothing,” adding, “I realized that for celebrities, not guilty is not really not guilty.”
