Popular Idol-Actress Kim Sejeong Leaves Agency Of 10 Years, Signs With BH Entertainment
Singer and actress Kim Sejeong has signed an exclusive contract with BH Entertainment.
On the 24th of March, BH Entertainment announced, “We have officially recruited Kim Sejeong, a singer and actress who boasts outstanding musicality and a wide acting spectrum.”
Kim Sejeong first gained recognition through the Mnet audition program Produce 101 Season 1 in 2016, debuting as a member of the girl group I.O.I, and later promoting with Jellyfish Entertainment’s girl group Gugudan.
She then began her acting career with the drama School 2017 and went on to appear in The Uncanny Counter, Business Proposal, and many more. She has been praised for her delicate emotional expression and wide acting range, and won the Top Excellence Award at the 2025 MBC Drama Awards.
In addition, she has continued to expand her artistic range across genres by taking on stage works such as the musical Red Book and the play Temple.
BH Entertainment stated, “Kim Sejeong is an artist and actress who showcases diverse charms by moving between music and acting with her bright and healthy energy.
