Famous Actor’s Fan Signing Schedule For A Brand Canceled, Brand Issues Apology And Explanation

Kim Seon Ho‘s scheduled fan signing event has been canceled.

Previously, the brand had organized a fan signing event with Kim Seon Ho for all members of its official online mall.

However, growing fan dissatisfaction due to mismanagement leading up to the winner announcement on the 22nd appears to have resulted in the decision to cancel.

On July 22, the cosmetics brand for which actor Kim Seon Ho is a model issued an apology, stating, “We sincerely apologize to fans for the confusion and inconvenience caused regarding the announcement of winners for the Kim Seon Ho fan signing event, which ended on the 20th.”

They continued, “We take full responsibility for the confusion and disappointment caused to many who had been looking forward to the event due to our poor handling of the operation.”

The brand further explained, “As a result, in order to ensure fairer and more trustworthy event management, the fan signing event that was announced in July has inevitably been canceled. We will work to improve the areas we lacked and provide notice regarding the rescheduling of the event as soon as possible.”

They added, “We sincerely apologize to everyone who was anticipating the event, and for those who participated and wish to receive a refund, we will process it promptly. Moving forward, we promise to approach event management and overall communication with greater caution and responsibility. Once again, we deeply apologize to the fans who took the time to participate and to the artist for any inconvenience caused.”

Attention is now focused on whether the rescheduled event will proceed smoothly without further issues.

Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho has chosen the Disney+ original series “The Tyrant” as his next project.
