Kim Soo Hyun’s Agency Clarifies Dating Timeline With Kim Sae Ron Further After Fans Spot Confusion In Official Statement
Actor Kim Soo Hyun‘s side has clarified their statement further after some fans pointed out something in it!
On the 14th of March, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, released an official statement and clarified the related issues raised by the YouTube channel “Garoseoro Research Institute.”
Gold Medalist stated that Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron began their relationship after Kim Sae Ron became an adult, saying, “Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron were in a relationship from the summer of 2019, after Kim Sae Ron became an adult, until the fall of 2020. The claim that Kim Soo Hyun dated Kim Sae Ron when she was a minor is not true.”
The agency further explained, “The photos shared by Kim Sae Ron on her Instagram story on March 24, 2024, and the photos shared on the Garoseoro Research Institute’s broadcast on March 11, 2025, both show the private moments of the two during their relationship in the winter of 2020,” and claimed that there were no photos taken in 2016.
However, despite the agency’s statement, the public was not easily convinced.
The agency stated that the two were in a relationship from the fall of 2019 to the fall of 2020. However, they also mentioned that the photos showing the two affectionately taken were from the winter of the same year. Many netizens pointed this out.
In connection with this, Gold Medalist clarified, “The ‘winter of 2020’ in our statement refers to the early months of 2020 (January to March). We apologize for the confusion.”
