Kim Yoo Jung And Kim Do Hoon Address Their False Dating Rumors, “We Laughed A Lot”
Actors Kim Yoo Jung and Kim Do Hoon addressed the dating rumors.
On October 30, at the production press conference for the TVing series “Dear X” held at CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall in Seoul, Kim Yoo Jung said, “As soon as we started talking on the phone, we laughed for three minutes straight.”
The two were caught in a two-shot during a group trip to Nha Trang for “Dear X,” sparking dating rumors.
Director Lee Eung Bok joked, “I’m willing to provide the photos. We even secured a few more photos afterward.”
Kim Yoo Jung added, “When the dating rumors came out, I had just finished a schedule in Busan and was completely exhausted. But as soon as we spoke on the phone, we laughed for three minutes straight. I also laughed a lot talking with the director. Since so much attention is being given, our focus is on hoping our project does well.”
Kim Do Hoon said, “We really laughed a lot.”
Kim Young Dae remarked, “I honestly knew nothing. TMI, but I didn’t even go. I genuinely called to check if it was true or false, and they said no. I also didn’t go there myself, but we had made travel plans in our group chat. Knowing what day it was and how they went, I chatted while looking at Yoo Jung’s photos and videos, and it was funny to see the same moments appear in the news.”
Kim Yoo Jung and Kim Do Hoon were photographed at Nha Trang Airport, becoming the focus of dating rumors. However, both clarified that the trip was with available staff and actors after filming “Dear X,” dismissing the dating speculation.
“Dear X” tells the story of Baek Ah Jin (Kim Yoo Jung), a woman wearing a mask to escape hell and rise to the top, and the Xs she cruelly trampled. It’s a suspenseful melodrama depicting the downfall of top Korean actress Baek Ah Jin, who hides a cruel nature behind a beautiful face, and the love of Yoon Joon Seo (Kim Young Dae), who chooses hell to protect her.
