Lee Min Ho Explains Why He Rarely Makes Variety Show Appearances On 1st Variety Show Appearance In 16 Years

Lee Min Ho shared his reasons for rarely making variety show appearances.

The most recent episode of tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block” featured many guests including actor Lee Min Ho, who engaged in relay talks.

During the show, Yoo Jae Suk asked Lee Min Ho, appearing on a variety program for the first time in 16 years, “Weren’t you nervous?” Lee Min Ho admitted, “I was worried I might cause trouble… I don’t even know how I’ll come across,” revealing his nervousness.

Lee Min Ho also explained why he had avoided variety programs in the past, admitting that they used to feel too intense and competitive. He said, “When healing shows became the trend, I wondered if I could really heal others when I was busy trying to heal my own life,” drawing laughter. However, the relaxed atmosphere of “You Quiz” convinced him to participate.

Lee Min Ho also mentioned meeting Jo Se Ho privately and said, “He gifted me a premium bottle of alcohol.” In response, Yoo Jae Suk quipped, “Min Ho earns so much more… Why do Hallyu stars always pay for the meals?” sparking laughter.

Meanwhile, “You Quiz on the Block,” hosted by Yoo Jae Suk and Jo Se Ho, is a variety show that features interviews with people from various walks of life. It airs every Wednesday at 8:45 PM.
