Famous Actor Couple Announce Pregnancy, Husband’s Past Remarks About Wanting To Start A Family Regains Attention
Actors Lee Si Eon (43) and Seo Ji Seung (37) are becoming parents.
On the 26th of December, an official from Lee Si Eon’s agency, Story J Company, announced, “Lee Si Eon and Seo Ji Seung are expecting a baby, with the birth planned for next year,” confirming Seo Ji Seung’s pregnancy.
The couple married in December 2021 after four years of publicly dating. It is reported that they recently confirmed the pregnancy of their first child four years into their marriage and are sharing in the joy.
On Christmas Day, the 25th, Lee Si Eon shared party photos on his Instagram that hinted at “pregnancy” and “childbirth.” Along with the words “OH BABY,” he posted photos of a wall filled with cute baby balloons and expressed his happiness by writing, “Merry Christmas.”
These Christmas party photos shared by Lee Si Eon appear to be a “celebration party” ahead of the birth of their first child.
In December 2024, Lee Si Eon also directly revealed plans for a child while appearing on Han Hye Jin’s YouTube channel. Kian84 asked, “Didn’t you say you were going to have a baby next year?” and Han Hye Jin added, “Are you moving into parenting content now?” in excitement.
Lee Si Eon’s desire for a child was also clearly shown in the MBC variety program “Born to Travel the World 4,” which aired in June. Ahead of a prostration pilgrimage, he said, “I decided to seriously think about planning a new family starting this year. I thought, ‘I really hope my earnest wish comes true,’ and that made my feelings even more sincere.”
True to his wishes and plans, Lee Si Eon successfully conceived in 2025 and is now looking forward to the joyful news of welcoming his first child.
Lee Si Eon will continue his acting career with the Netflix series “Bloodhounds 2,” scheduled to be released next year.
