Nam Yoon Su Reacts To News Of Him Donating A Kidney To His Father Going Viral 

Actor Nam Yoon Su has addressed fans after news of him donating a kidney to his father went viral!

Recently, it was reported that Actor Nam Yoon Su donated a kidney to his father.  Nam Yoon Su underwent a kidney transplant surgery on June 19th to donate a kidney to his father. Both Nam Yoon Su and his father, who received the kidney, have recovered quickly and have been discharged from the hospital.

Nam Yoon Su’s dedication to this act is particularly touching as he halted all his activities earlier this year to prepare for the transplant surgery.

After the news went viral, the actor took to his Instagram to react to the overwhelming attention and praise he received, he said,

Hello, this is Nam Yoon Su.

What I perceived as merely a duty has now, with the passage of time and a mix of small resolutions and overwhelming emotions, turned into a precious gift for my father, bringing him joyful days. I am also immensely grateful to the fans who first read the news in the articles and offered their encouragement, as well as the hospital staff who warmly welcomed us over the past few days.

Moving forward, I aspire to be someone who can readily extend a helping hand in the face of daunting and uncertain challenges. I also sincerely cheer for those awaiting transplants.
