Beloved Korean Actress Reveals She’s Getting Married To Her Basketball Coach Boyfriend
Actress Park Hana has announced her marriage to basketball coach Kim Tae Sool.
On the 11th of February, Park Hana’s agency confirmed to OSEN, “Yes, actress Park Hana is marrying coach Kim Tae Sool.”
According to reports, the wedding will take place on June 21 in Seoul, with announcer Jung Yong Gum, a close friend of both, officiating the ceremony.
The couple reportedly became close through shared hobbies such as golf, eventually developing a romantic relationship. They recently decided to get married, trusting and supporting each other.
Park Hana debuted in 2003 as part of the co-ed group Funny and transitioned to acting in 2012 with the drama “Twelve Men in a Year.” In 2013, she gained recognition as the lead character Baek Ya in the MBC drama “Apgujeong Midnight Sun.” Since then, she has appeared in “Heaven’s Promise,” “Shining Eunsoo,” “House of Dolls,” “Love in Sadness,” and “The Great Show,” building a solid acting career. Most recently, she starred in the KBS2 daily drama “Let’s Get Married, Maengkkong!” and has been active in the SBS variety show “Kick a Goal.”
Kim Tae Sool, currently the head coach of the Goyang Sono Skygunners, is a former basketball player known for his time with several teams, including the Seoul SK Knights, Anyang KGC, Jeonju KCC Egis, Seoul Samsung Thunders, and Wonju DB Promy. Recognized as the youngest head coach in Korean professional basketball, he also won a gold medal in men’s basketball at the 2017 Incheon Asian Games.
