Beloved Korean Actor Loses His Father Due To A Tragic Accident, Funeral Delayed Due To Police Investigation

Actor Park Ki Woong (40) has lost his father.

According to IHQ, Park’s agency, his father passed away on the 7th of June. The funeral arrangements were reportedly delayed by two days due to a police investigation related to the accident that led to his death.

The funeral is being held at Hanyang University Hospital in Seoul, with Park Ki Woong and his family mourning deeply at the site. The burial is scheduled for the morning of the 11th at Andong Memorial Park.

Park Ki Woong made his debut in the 2005 film Ghost Story and has appeared in numerous popular dramas and films, including My Tutor Friend 2, Secretly Greatly, Bridal Mask, Cheese in the Trap, Monster, Return, and Kkondae Intern. In addition to acting, he is also recognized for his talent as a painter.
