Popular Actress Gives Birth To 1st Child
Actress Jo Bo Ah has welcomed her first child and officially become a mother.
On the 20th of February, her agency Billion’s shared in an official statement, “We are happy to deliver the joyful news that Jo Bo Ah gave birth to a baby boy today (20th). Both the mother and the child are in good health and are resting in stability amid the love and congratulations of their family.”
Jo Bo Ah married a non-celebrity in October 2024. At the time, her agency stated, “She met a precious person, and after building deep trust and affection over a long period, they promised a lifetime together.” Congratulations are pouring in following the news of her son’s birth two years after their marriage.
Born in 1991, Jo Bo Ah made her debut in 2012 through the tvN drama Shut Up Flower Boy Band. She has since showcased a wide acting spectrum through various works such as Horse Doctor, Temperature of Love, My Strange Hero, Tale of the Nine Tailed, Military Prosecutor Doberman, and Destined with You.
Recently, she took on a historical drama for the first time in 13 years through the Netflix series “Dear Hongrang”, earning praise for her deeper and more nuanced emotional performance. Having steadily built her filmography as an actress, Jo Bo Ah is now opening a new chapter in her life as a mother.
