Shin Hye Sun And Lee Jin Wook Confirmed For 2024 ENA Drama
Shin Hye Sun and Lee Jin Wook are set to lead the upcoming ENA drama “To My Haeri.”
Directed by Jung Ji Hyun and Heo Seok Won, written by Han Ga Ram, and produced by Studio Dragon and Studio Him, “To My Haeri” is a refreshing healing romance between ‘Eunho,’ an announcer who develops a new personality due to deep emotional scars, and Hyun-o,’ her ex-boyfriend who has kept his emotional wounds hidden.
With renowned director Jung Ji Hyun, who directed “Search: WWW,” “You Are My Spring,” “Twenty-Five Twenty-One,” and “A Piece of Your Mind,” at the helm and the highly-anticipated script by Han Ga Ram, known for “I’ll Find You When the Weather Is Nice,” expectations are high. The solid casting of Shin Hye Sun and Lee Jin Wook further heightens the anticipation.
Shin Hye Sun will portray dual roles as ‘Ju Eunho’ and ‘Ju Haeri.’ Ju Eunho is a nameless announcer who has been struggling for 14 years to gain recognition and leave her mark. Still nursing the pain from her breakup with her longtime lover, Jung Hyun-o, she longs for an opportunity to make a name for herself. On the other hand, Ju Haeri, a parking attendant with an optimistic mindset, raises expectations for her future breakthroughs.
Lee Jin Wook takes on the role of “Jung Hyun-o,” a star announcer and former boyfriend of Ju Eunho. Jung Hyuno quickly became the top announcer with outstanding appeal and talent, earning the nickname of “the guy who can do anything.” However, his generous and kind nature, excluding his girlfriend, repeatedly clashes with the people around him, especially Ju Eunho.
“To My Haeri” will make its premiere in the second half of 2024 on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA.
