Singer HyunA and Yong Junhyung held a romantic wedding on an autumn evening.
On the 11th of October, HyunA and Yong Junhyung had an outdoor wedding at Samcheonggak in Seoul, inviting family, relatives, and close friends. The couple opted for a simple, small wedding without any special performances or officiants.
Many stars attended the wedding to celebrate the couple’s special day.

Hong Seok cheon shared scenes from the wedding, describing it as “a couple’s wedding that matches the fall season.”
GroovyRoom’s Park Kyu-jeong and Lee Hwi-min, representatives of HyunA’s agency At Area, also shared photos with HyunA and a video of the couple walking down the aisle, thanking their guests.
Famous singer Uhm Jung Hwa attended the event. Fellow idols TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho and 2AM’s Jo Kwon attended the event.
Hip Hop artists Tiger JK and Yoon Mirae were also present at the wedding.

HyunA and Yong Junhyung’s relationship history
HyunA and Yong Junhyung were once both under Cube Entertainment, with HyunA debuting in Wonder Girls in 2007 before re-debuting in 4Minute and pursuing a solo career. Yong Junhyung debuted with Beast (now Highlight) in 2009, before leaving the group in 2019 and continuing as a solo artist.
In January of 2024, the couple uploaded pictures on their personal accounts, showing them holding hands affectionately. HyunA also posted an emoji that symbolizes lovers and added, “Please look at us nicely.”
The photos immediately gained backlash due to Yong Junhyung’s past issues and him being linked to Jung Joon Young’s infamous chat rooms. Initially, both agencies declined to comment on whether the two idols are indeed dating after the picture they posted, adding to the confusion of fans.
Later, Yong Junhyung Personally Confirmed he’s dating HyunA, “You must have been surprised by the sudden news. We are getting along well and receiving positive energy from each other, so I hope you will watch over us nicely.”
The backlash against Hyuna And Yong Junhyung’s relationship
After the backlash became a huge issue, HyunA lost a lot of support from her longtime fans who were disappointed to hear the news. Yong Junhyung took to Instagram to distance himself from Jung Joon Young but his newer statement was not accepted by fans and backlash persisted.
And then in July of 2024, the couple confirmed they were indeed getting married and unveiled their wedding photoshoot later.
Rumors of HyunA’s pregnancy surfaced and the agency denied them then followed with another statement later that they were suing hate comments.
