Song Hye Kyo Is Leaving Her Agency After 14 Years Together, What Will Her Next Step Be?

Actress Song Hye Kyo is leaving her agency UAA and has expressed her gratitude to the agency she spent the past 14 years with as she announced a new chapter in her career.

On the 26th of June, Song Hye Kyo shared a photo of roses on social media and wrote:

“I was truly happy and grateful during my time with UAA. Every moment we shared will always remain in my heart as precious memories.”

She also added: “I sincerely wish UAA all the best in the future.”

She then gave a personal message to UAA CEO Park Hyun Jung, writing, “Thank you, unnie.”

On the same day, United Artist Agency (UAA) announced: “Our exclusive contract with Song Hye Kyo recently came to an end. After many years of building trust and working together, UAA and Song Hye Kyo have decided to conclude our journey together and support each other’s future endeavors.”

Song Hye Kyo signed an exclusive contract with the newly established UAA in November 2012. She and Park Hyun Jung had worked together for many years as actress and manager, making Song Hye Kyo the agency’s first signed artist and its flagship actress ever since.

It has been reported that Song Hye Kyo plans to continue her activities after establishing her own one-person agency.

She is set to return to viewers later this year through the Netflix series “Slowly and Intensely.”

With this move, the more than 20-year professional relationship between Song Hye Kyo and Park Hyun Jung will come to an end.
