Actor From Hit Drama “Lovely Runner” Announces Marriage To Fellow Entertainer After Long Relationship, Wedding Photos Revealed

Actor Song Ji Ho (34), who appeared in the drama “Lovely Runner,” and singer and actress Kim So Ri (36) are tying the knot after a long relationship.

On October 6, Song Ji Ho’s agency Inyeon Entertainment stated, “After a long relationship with his fellow entertainer fiancée, Song Ji Ho will tie the knot in October and become a beautiful married couple.” His bride-to-be was confirmed to be Kim So Ri, who is two years older than Song Ji Ho. The older woman-younger man couple is said to have decided to marry after building trust in each other over a long relationship. Song Ji Ho plans to continue his acting work as usual after starting a family.

Along with the marriage news, their wedding pictorial was also revealed. In the photos, the couple dressed in a wedding dress and tuxedo and posed in front of the camera, either facing each other or standing side by side.

Song Ji Ho debuted in the 2013 film “Friend 2: The Great Legacy” and became known to the public through “Stranger,” “Doctor Cha,” and “Lovely Runner.” In particular, in 2024’s “Lovely Runner,” he left a strong impression as Im Geum, the older brother of Im Sol (Kim Hye Yoon), and in KBS2’s “To My Beloved Thief,” which ended its run this past February, he played Hong Dae Il, the older brother of Hong Eun Jo (Nam Ji Hyun), showing acting that moved between comedy and serious drama.

Kim So Ri debuted as a singer in 2016 and was active as CocoSori and as a member of the group Real Girl Project (R.G.P). She later widened her range of activity by appearing on JTBC’s “Mix Nine” and Mnet’s “Somebody 2,” and stepped into acting with the drama “The Idolmaster KR.” In the Korea-India co-produced Netflix film “Made in Korea,” released this past March, she established her position as an actress playing Han Solo, a band vocalist. With both of them moving between acting and music, attention is also focused on the activities the couple will pursue in their own fields as husband and wife.
