Actor Song Kang will be teaming up with actress Jang Gyu Ri, who is three years younger than him, in the new tvN drama “Four Hands.”

Set to premiere in the second half of 2026, “Four Hands” is a drama that depicts the friendship, love, competition, and growth of young people who meet at an arts high school filled exclusively with musical prodigies. Song Kang, Lee Jun Young, and Jang Gyu Ri have confirmed their appearances.

Song Kang plays Kang Bi O, a piano prodigy and perfectionist who never loses his top ranking in either grades or piano skills. With innate talent as well as diligence that keeps him constantly practicing, Kang Bi O was regarded as a future star expected to sweep the world’s three major competitions—until he encounters a rival who completely shakes his musical life.

Kang Bi O’s rival, fellow piano genius Choi Jung Yo, is portrayed by Lee Jun Young. Choi Jung Yo is a character who has lived while turning away from his own talent due to a difficult upbringing. Suddenly appearing at the Korean Arts High School, known for gathering only geniuses, Choi Jung Yo coincidentally comes face to face with the piano prodigy who once made his heart race, and becomes immersed in a strange emotional stir.

Jang Gyu Ri transforms into Hong Jae In, a viola major with highly sensitive hearing. Possessing exceptional musical sense that allows her to instantly catch beautiful melodies, Hong Jae In is searching for music that satisfies her ears, but finds it difficult. As a result, she becomes a close friend who supports and cherishes Kang Bi O’s music, which has satisfied her hearing since childhood.

“Four Hands” is expected to deliver thrilling dopamine through the intense clashes and growth of three young people with outstanding musical talent—Kang Bi O, Choi Jung Yo, and Hong Jae In—set against the backdrop of the Korean Arts High School. Beginning with rivalry, developing into friendship, blending in romance, and culminating in the ensemble they create together, “Four Hands” is set to satisfy both the eyes and ears of viewers when it premieres in the second half of 2026.
