Suzy Turns Heads With Slimmer Visual And Fresh Mood In New Photos
Singer and actor Suzy, formerly of the group Miss A, captured attention with a noticeably slimmer visual and a different mood.
Suzy shared several photos on her SNS on the 17th, along with a short caption thanking the brand Tsubaki.
In the released photos, Suzy is seen striking a variety of poses in a bold red dress while holding a bouquet of flowers. The corset-style dress cinched at the waist, paired with long straight hair and red floral accents, came together for a look reminiscent of a scene from a Japanese film.
What especially caught attention was her noticeably slimmer figure. Her collarbone and shoulder line stood out more through the dress, and her arms and upper body also appeared far slimmer than before. Some of the photos emphasized her thin frame, adding a dreamy mood to her signature innocent image.

In other photos, she gave off a mysterious charm, holding a fan and staring straight into the camera, or sitting while cradling the bouquet. Her restrained expression, the red dress, and her long black hair combined to evoke the feel of a Japanese fashion editorial.
After the photos were released, fans responded with comments such as “she’s getting prettier and prettier,” “she looks like the lead in a Japanese film,” “the whole mood is completely different,” “she looks so thin it’s a little worrying,” “the red dress suits her so well,” and “she doesn’t even look real.”
Meanwhile, Suzy released the Netflix series “Genie, Make a Wish” last year. Co-starring Kim Woo Bin, the series is a romantic comedy about a lamp genie who awakens after a thousand years and Ga Young, a woman lacking in emotion, as the two navigate three wishes.
She also has the film “Seven O’Clock Breakfast Club for the Brokenhearted” awaiting release, and has confirmed her next project as the Disney+ original series “Portraits of Delusion,” keeping up an active schedule.
