One Of The Biggest Known Introverted Popular Korean Actors Is Set To Host His 1st Show Since His Debut

Actor Uhm Tae Goo is stepping into a new role as a variety show MC for the first time since his debut.

According to a report by Sports Chosun on the 21^st of May, Uhm Tae Goo has been selected as the MC for the new web variety show “Simple Labor: Workman Side Story.” The program follows Uhm Tae Goo as he visits hands-on job sites, engaging in physical labor while having conversations with guests, focusing more on action than words.

Uhm Tae Goo made his screen debut in the 2007 film “Epitaph” and steadily built his career through a series of supporting roles. He rose to prominence in 2016 with his breakout performance in “The Age of Shadows,” where his husky voice and piercing gaze left a lasting impression.
