Veteran Actor Kim Young In Passes Away
Veteran actor Kim Young In has passed away.
According to the entertainment industry on the 4th of January, Kim Young In passed away at around 6:55 a.m. that day. He was 82 years old.
The late actor made his debut in 1966 through director Kim Ki Duk’s film “Burning Youth” and appeared in numerous films such as “Black-Haired Youth,” “Camellia Flower God,” “Crying Fist,” “The President’s Last Bang,” “Arahan,” “No Blood No Tears,” and many more.
Primarily active as an action actor, he also worked as a stuntman and martial arts director. In 2006, he received the Special Acting Award at the 43rd Grand Bell Awards.
The funeral wake is being held at Room 7 of the Severance Hospital Funeral Hall in Sinchon. The funeral procession will take place at 7:40 a.m. on the 6th, and the burial site will be Seoul Memorial Park.
