Will “A Shop For Killers” Return With A Season 2? Disney+ Responds
“A Shop For Killers” could be returning with its 2nd season soon!
On January 2, Disney+ told Newsen, “We are positively discussing the production of Season 2 of “A Shop For Killers”, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”
Earlier, Star News reported that Disney+ plans to begin filming for Season 2 in April 2025.
Based on Kang Ji Young’s novel The Murderer’s Shopping Mall, the drama follows the survival story of Jian (Kim Hye Jun), who becomes a target for mysterious killers due to the dangerous inheritance left behind by her uncle Jinman (Lee Dong Wook).
The stylish new-wave action drama premiered on Disney+ in January last year, earning praise for its fast-paced storyline and dynamic performances from Lee Dongwook and the supporting cast.

Discussions about Season 2 were also mentioned during the “2024 Disney+ Content Lineup Media Day” held in March last year. At the time, director Lee Kwon commented, “We are brainstorming, but it’s challenging to figure out what story to tell. We’re working hard on it nonetheless.”
