Jang Jae Kyung further pressures Park Tae Jin about his ties to the various crimes showcased in the series and as he presses him, Park Tae Jin admits, “Yes, I killed Joon Seo. I killed Park Jun Seo.”

He explained, “I didn’t plan to kill him so hastily. Actually, I didn’t plan to kill Jun Seo at all initially. I didn’t know the last digits of the password. Then one day, Jun Seo suddenly said he would reveal everything, just when I had almost gathered all the money needed for the Pilo-dong project.”
Jang Jae Kyung asked, “So how did you kill him? You didn’t just push a living Joon Seo. There was no scream as he fell. Did you knock him out? Or drug him?” Park Tae Jin revealed, “I used an anesthetic. Just enough so that it wouldn’t show up in an autopsy.” In a fit of rage, Park Tae Jin insulted Park Jun Seo, prompting Jung Sang Eui to grab Jang Jae Kyung’s gun and shoot Park Tae Jin killing him instantly.
A month later, Jung Sang Yi was in prison for Park Tae Jin’s murder, and the real culprit behind Park Jun Seo’s death had yet to be found. At that time, DNA from Won Chang Ho’s secretary was found under Park Jun Seo’s Seo’s fingernails, and Jang Jae Kyung went to confront Won Chang Ho.
Won Chang Ho claimed that Park Tae Jin had intended to kill Park Jun Seo’s Seo, and he had tried to stop it. Jang Jae Kyung didn’t believe him, and Won Chang Ho shamelessly added, “I should have stopped him more firmly back then. Thinking about it now, it bothers me.”

Jang Jae Kyung then revealed a hidden recorder from his pocket, he ultimately got arrested for murdering Jun Seo.
50 days later
