Known Korean Singer Offers Refunds To His Singapore Concert Despite Completing It, Here Is Why
10CM (10CM, real name Kwon Jung Yeol) has drawn attention after deciding to fully refund ticket prices for his Singapore concert despite completing the performance.
On the 15th of March, 10CM’s side released a notice explaining, “On the day of the concert, he received treatment from local medical staff due to a sudden decline in his throat condition.” They added, “Following the artist’s will to go on stage for fans who came expecting the concert, the performance proceeded as scheduled.”
They continued, “We deeply apologize for not being able to show a fully polished performance in the best condition to all the fans who waited for and came to the Singapore concert,” and announced that “a full refund will be issued for this concert.”
10CM held the concert “2026 10CM Asia Tour ‘To 10CM: Chapter 1’ in Singapore” on the 14th.
The Asia tour began in Seoul and will continue through eight cities—including Busan, Bangkok, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Daejeon—until May 3.
