The Famous After School Member Who Admitted To Experiencing Financial Difficulties After Leaving The Group

Singer Kahi confessed about the financial difficulties she experienced after leaving After School.

Recently, Kahi appeared on the channel ‘CGN’ and recalled the difficult times in her life.

In the video, Kahi revealed, “After leaving After School, I hit rock bottom thoroughly. It was really miserable. The company couldn’t care for me, and I was really struggling with living expenses.”

Kahi mentioned that she was able to overcome this through faith, saying, “I tried to live as a person of God with a sense of responsibility, and I became someone who was getting better little by little. That was when my life started to change significantly.”

Kahi recently opened a dance academy, taking on new challenges. She stated, “I wanted to run a dance academy, but it wasn’t possible due to the environment. While staying in Bali, I kept thinking, ‘If I go to Korea, I can work, but I’m getting older, and the things I can do are gradually decreasing. What am I doing?’ and I became emotionally drained.”

Reflecting on her time of sadness, Kahi added, “Then suddenly, my husband had to come to Korea. As soon as I got to Korea, I felt the need to realize the dreams I had, so I started in earnest from that point.”

Meanwhile, Kahi, born in 1980, debuted in the group After School in 2009. She married a businessman in 2016 and has two sons. After living in Bali for five years following her marriage, she returned to Korea last year.
