“Hospital Playlist” Actress Ahn Si Ha Gives Birth To Son After 22 Hours Of Labor

Actress Ahn Si Ha has given birth to a son.

Her agency, Big Whale Entertainment, announced on September 3, “Ahn Si Ha gave birth on the evening of August 29. Both mother and baby are recovering healthily. She is resting in an environment full of love and happiness.”

They added, “We sincerely thank everyone who has sent warm support and interest so far, and ask that you continue to bless actress Ahn Si Ha and her newborn.”

Ahn Si Ha also personally shared her thoughts on her SNS. She wrote, “On August 29 at 6:45 p.m., I gave birth naturally to a 3.31kg baby boy.”

She continued, “It began with induced labor and I endured around 22 hours of contractions. At one point, the doctor even recommended surgery because it was a difficult delivery, but thanks to strong willpower, I was able to deliver naturally until the end.”

She added, “From now on, I will walk the path of a beginner mom. It will be hard, but I feel grateful to my baby who has brought me happiness. I will raise him beautifully. Thank you to everyone who worried for me and waited.”

Ahn Si Ha made her debut in the 2004 musical “Dalgona” and has since appeared in various works including the dramas “Awake,” “Hospital Playlist 2,” and “When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon.”

In December last year, she registered her marriage and revealed both her marriage and pregnancy through her SNS. It has been reported that she plans to hold her wedding ceremony in 2026.
