Ailee Reveals She’s Preparing To Have A Child

Ailee and Choi Si Hoon have revealed their plans for having a child.

Recently, Ailee uploaded a video to her YouTube channel sharing the happy news, Ailee shared that she and her husband, Choi Si Hoon, decided to prepare one gift per day for each other ahead of Christmas and held a gift exchange. Ailee said she had been extremely busy preparing for concerts and expressed regret that she did not have much time to prepare her gift.

As they exchanged gifts and talked, Ailee could not hide her surprise when she saw a bracelet in the gift box and looked at Choi Si Hoon. He explained, “It’s a diamond bracelet. Rather than just having matching couple items, I wanted to give my wife something really nice to wear on her wrist or finger.”

After finishing the gift exchange, the couple spent time talking while preparing food before making their 2026 bucket list. Choi Si Hoon told Ailee to drink ginger tea, mentioning that he had sent her a reel about how beets are good when preparing for pregnancy. He added that beet ginger tea would be beneficial and showed his caring side by handing her the tea.

While working on their bucket list, the two wrote down “travel” and shared their wish to visit the Maldives. Choi Si Hoon explained that since they are planning to have children, he thought there might come a time when traveling like this would no longer be possible. Ailee and Choi Si Hoon agreed that once they have and raise a child, the chances of going on such trips would be lower. Choi Si Hoon added that he wanted to go at least once with her, saying it was the happiest travel destination of his life.

Meanwhile, Ailee announced her marriage last April. Her husband was revealed to be Choi Si Hoon, a businessman three years younger than her and a former cast member of Netflix’s “Single’s Inferno,” drawing significant attention.
