An Australian Rapper Threatens Legal Action Against Co-Ed Group ALLDAY PROJECT Over Trademark Of The Name “Allday”
An Australian Rapper named Allday has shared a statement about being asked about the new co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT!
ALLDAY PROJECT has recently debuted and already gained immense attention among fans. The co-ed group is topping Korean music charts with their latest releases and receiving lots of love from fans.
Amid this, one Australian rapper named Allday took to his Facebook page to write, “I have a trademark on the name Allday. Maybe I don’t have 20B streams like that kpop **** which mostly sucks by the way. But I do exist and own the trademark to my name. Prepare for the greatest legal battle of all time.”
The rapper argues he has a trademark over the name Allday and says he’s taking legal action against The Black Label. His comments attracted a lot of attention among fans who are debating whether he’s in the right or not.

Meanwhile, The Black Label has yet to issue a response to his statement.
