YG Girl Group Member To Skip Group’s Asia Tour Due To Health Reasons
BABYMONSTER’s Rami will not be participating in the group’s upcoming Asia tour due to health reasons, YG Entertainment announced recently.
Recently, YG stated, “Since debut, Rami has continued her activities while undergoing treatment and care, as she wanted to repay the love of her fans despite experiencing ongoing health issues.” They added, “However, her symptoms showed little improvement, and recently, medical professionals advised that she take a complete break from all activities and focus on rest.”
BABYMONSTER will proceed with the Asia tour, which begins on the 17th of May in Singapore and continues into next month, with a restructured six-member lineup.
YG continued, “The members are working harder than ever, pouring their efforts into perfecting the restructured six-member performances and newly added cover songs.” The agency also asked for fans’ support, saying, “Please cheer on the members as they give their best to fill Rami’s absence, and send warm encouragement to Rami for a speedy recovery.”
Wishing Rami a speedy recovery!
