Beloved K-pop Idol Revealed to Be Receiving Treatment for Cervical Disc Condition After Health Concerns

KARA member Han Seung yeon, who has been the subject of health speculation after recently displaying hand tremors, is receiving treatment for cervical disc issues.

On August 9, her agency Aer Entertainment stated, “Han Seung yeon’s cervical disc condition recently worsened, causing the hand tremors she has displayed.”

Han Seung yeon is currently undergoing medical treatment and recovering her health. Apart from that area, no other health issues have been reported.

Following the public circulation of footage showing Han Seung yeon, concerns about her wellbeing intensified. At a birthday fan meeting, Han Seung yeon’s upper body and hands visibly trembled in a manner noticeably different from before, prompting fan concern.

Past performance footage was revisited, revealing that some of her movements appeared somewhat unnatural, sparking speculation that she may have developed health problems.

Debuting with KARA in 2007, Han Seung yeon gained recognition through tracks including “Mister” and “Lupin.” She later expanded into acting, appearing in dramas “Youth Time” and “Spring Romance Tales,” and this year appeared in the web drama “Young Master, Release the Girl!”
