At NCT 127’s recent stop in Newark, a particular clip went viral of Doyoung speaking to fans. He said, ‘shower please. Promise, take a shower please.’
The audience can be heard laughing in the background as other members also add by saying, ‘yes.’
Many fans had various reactions to the clip, including some emphasizing the importance of personal hygiene. Kpop idols rarely say this to their fans so many wondered just how bad it was for Doyoung to ask fans to shower several times, making them promise.
