“Kpop Demon Hunters” Songwriter And Composer EJAE Announces Wedding Date
Korean American songwriter and composer EJAE, who wrote and composed “Golden” from “KPop Demon Hunters,” will marry her fiancé, producer Sam Kim, in November.
According to recent reports, EJAE and Sam Kim are planning to get married later this year.
Last month, EJAE shared photos on her personal account showing Sam Kim proposing to her. The couple is known to have gotten engaged at the end of 2023, and earlier this year, EJAE revealed engagement photos, signaling that their wedding was approaching.
The two first met during a session in 2017 and have since worked together as songwriting partners. EJAE also previously mentioned in interviews that they were planning to hold their wedding around November this year.
EJAE once shared, “I still haven’t decided on a wedding dress. I’ve been focused on outfits for the Grammys and the Oscars, so I haven’t had time to think about a wedding dress yet.”
Sam Kim, EJAE’s fiancé, is also Korean American, and the couple plans to hold their wedding ceremony in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, “Golden,” written and composed by EJAE, won the Best Song Written for Visual Media award at the 68th Grammy Awards held in the United States on the 1st of February (local time). The category is awarded to composers of outstanding songs created for films, dramas, animations, and other visual media.
