Underrated Group E’LAST’s Agency Announces Legal Action Against Concert Organizers Citing Disastrous Tour Conditions, Fans Shocked

E Entertainment, the agency representing E’LAST, has announced its intention to pursue legal action against tour organizer MC Entertainment following the abrupt cancellation of the group’s New York concert.

This announcement follows two weeks of troubling accounts involving MC Entertainment, the local promotion company based in Puerto Rico responsible for coordinating E’LAST’s North American tour.

At the beginning of this month, E’LAST commenced their “THRILL” tour in North America with a concert in Los Angeles. Despite fans’ anticipation of seeing E’LAST perform, numerous concert attendees expressed dissatisfaction with MC Entertainment’s handling of the event, with some even reporting instances of being deceived.

Various fan testimonies brought attention to the severity of the situation, some reported the concert started over three hours behind schedule and concluded and were denied the merchandise they had already purchased. Added to that, the meet-and-greet and hi-touch events were canceled without explanation.

Some fans mentioned witnessing the E’LAST members leaving the venue in tears adding to fans’ frustration.

Then, On May 20 local time, E Entertainment announced that E’LAST’s New York concert which was supposed to happen on May 21 has been cancelled.

They wrote,

Hello, this is E Entertainment.
We regret to inform you that the final performance of the THRILL NORTH AMERICA TOUR in NEW YORK has been canceled.
During the approximately one-month tour period, MC Entertainment failed to fulfill contractual obligations, including the non-reservation of flight tickets and accommodations, inadequate preparation of the concert venue, and insistence on performing in unsuitable locations. However, our company and the artists made every effort to proceed with the tour as much as possible, considering the fans who were eagerly awaiting the tour in each location.
In the case of NEW YORK, we received a unilateral cancellation notice from MC Entertainment just one day before the scheduled performance. Despite our strong intention to proceed with the performance and our efforts to find alternative solutions, it was determined that it would be difficult to proceed as MC Entertainment had made it impossible for us to intervene.
We will utilize all available means to respond legally to the breach of contract, and we have decided to take legal action against MC Entertainment to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
We sincerely apologize to the fans who have been waiting for the tour. Thank you for your understanding and support.
