Popular Kpop Girl Group Loses Two Members As It Moves To New Agency After Contracts Expired

EVERGLOW is officially starting fresh as a 4-member group.

On September 10, Chita Company announced, “EVERGLOW will continue their journey as a 4-member team (Sihyeon, E:U, Onda, and Aisha). Since debut, EVERGLOW has been loved for their unique musicality and performances, and we will spare no effort in fully supporting them so their global potential can shine even brighter.”

Since their debut in 2019, EVERGLOW has released hit tracks including “Bon Bon Chocolat,” “Adios,” “DUN DUN,” and “LA DI DA.” The group’s original lineup included Yiren and Mia. Mia has reportedly decided not to rejoin due to personal reasons while its been reported that Yiren still has a contract with Yuehua China.

Chita Company, which now manages EVERGLOW, is also home to the crossover group Crezl. The company is active in a variety of music businesses such as artist IP, global concert production, and world tour management.

Member Sihyeon shared her thoughts: “We’re preparing various musical activities so that we can freely express our own colors and energy. We’re so grateful to the fans in Korea and abroad who have waited for us, and we’ll repay you with more active communication and many stages, so please look forward to it.”

EVERGLOW is currently preparing for a new album and is also set to greet fans through a global fan meeting tour across Asia and beyond.
