EXO-CBX (Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin) have also reportedly notified CEO Cha Ga Won of the termination of their exclusive contracts.

On the 10th of April, The Fact reported that EXO-CBX sent a certified notice of contract termination to INB100 CEO Cha Ga Won at the end of March.

According to the report, EXO-CBX requested responses regarding unpaid settlements and contract violations, but after two weeks without a satisfactory answer, they decided to terminate their exclusive contracts.

Regarding this, Cha Ga Won’s side stated to Maeil Business Star Today, “We are making efforts to normalize the company. We will try to resolve the issue either by securing additional investment or even using personal funds.”

INB100 is a company established by Baekhyun while preparing to become independent from SM Entertainment. In May 2024, it was absorbed as a subsidiary of One Hundred, led by Cha Ga Won.
