EXO’s Kyungsoo Surprises By Leaving His Agency After Contract Expires
EXO’s Kyungsoo has parted ways with Company Soosoo.
On November 4, a representative from Company Soosoo told Star News, “Kyungsoo’s contract expired earlier this month, and both sides decided not to renew.”
Do Kyungsoo signed an exclusive contract with Company Soosoo in November 2023, after CEO Nam Kyungsoo — a former SM Entertainment manager — established the company independently. Nam Kyungsoo was a longtime manager working with Kyungsoo. Both are known for their close relationship.
After working together for about two years, Kyungsoo has decided to find a new agency. Company Soosoo will continue managing Kyungsoo’s second solo concert and Asia tour “DO it!”, including his Seoul concerts on December 6 and 7 at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium.
Kyungsoo debuted as “D.O.” with EXO in 2012. He began his acting career with the 2014 SBS drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love,” and has since appeared in “100 Days My Prince,” “Along With the Gods,” “Swing Kids,” and “Secret: Untold Melody.” His next project, the Disney+ series “The Manipulated,” will be released on November 5.
