Former CLC Member Kwon Eun Bin Agency And Steps Down From The Entire Entertainment Industry
Actress Kwon Eun Bin is reportedly stepping away from the entertainment industry after ending her contract with Cube Entertainment following 10 years with the agency.
On May 22, Cube Entertainment stated, “After long discussions, we have mutually agreed to terminate our exclusive contract with Kwon Eun Bin. We sincerely thank her for her hard work and will continue to support her future.”
Later, according to various reports from the online wiki platform NamuWiki, Kwon Eun Bin personally requested the removal of her profile information. She stated, “I am currently in a state of effectively pausing all entertainment activities, and all public profiles, including Naver, have been taken down.”
She added, “I intend to return to a normal private life and live quietly going forward. However, as this page continues to remain public, my privacy is being exposed and causing ongoing discomfort. Therefore, I respectfully request the deletion of this document according to my personal wishes.”
Thus, it has also been reported that her profile has been removed from major online portals, and sources say there is no particular incident behind the decision, adding that she had been expressing a desire to live a non-celebrity life.
Kwon Eun Bin debuted in 2015 as a member of the girl group CLC. She later appeared on Mnet’s “Produce 101” in 2016, gaining public attention, although she did not make the final debut lineup and returned to CLC.
CLC disbanded in June 2022, after which she continued her career as an actress, appearing in dramas such as “Bad Papa,” “My Fellow Citizens!,” “At a Distance, Spring Is Green,” “Dear. M,” and “Check in Hanyang.”
